Our winters are mild, and there is no snow to shovel. So, take it easy this year and enjoy the winter with us. (Sorry No Pets Allowed).

Advance Deposit: $250.00 is required within 10 days from the date your reservation is made. All arrival/departure dates must be on the 1st or 15th of the month. Other dates will incur charges at the daily or weekly rates. $150.00 deposit is required of past guests.

Security Deposit: A credit card imprint is permitted as a security deposit. Otherwise, a cash deposit of one-half of one month's rent will be required.

Cancellation Policy: Advance deposit will be forfeited unless a written cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the same unit for the same dates.

Utilities: Electricity is included up to the first $80.00 per month. Water is included. There is a $25.00/month service fee for telephone service (unlimited local phone calls) for all 3 bedroom condos at Pelican's Landing and Pelican's Watch. There is no charge for local phone calls at other properties.

Departure Cleaning Charge: $95.00 plus tax.
